Submission Checklist
Use this checklist to ensure that your manuscript is complete and ready for submission to IJADSAI. A complete submission helps avoid delays in the review process.
Before You Submit
Please go through each item in the checklist below. Your manuscript will only be processed for review if all applicable items are completed.
1. Pre-submission Essentials
☐ The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
☐ All authors have read and approved the final manuscript.
☐ The content of the manuscript is within the scope of IJADSAI.
☐ All required files are prepared and ready for submission.
2. Manuscript Structure
☐ The manuscript includes all required sections (Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References).
☐ All sections are in the correct order.
☐ The title is concise and informative.
☐ An abstract of 150–250 words is included.
3. Formatting & Style
☐ The manuscript follows the official IJADSAI template.
☐ Font type, size, line spacing, and margins are as per the guidelines.
☐ Headings and subheadings are formatted consistently.
☐ Spelling and grammar have been carefully checked.
4. Figures, Tables & References
☐ All figures and tables are cited in the text and placed at the appropriate locations.
☐ Figures are clear, high-resolution, and in accepted formats.
☐ Table titles and figure captions are provided.
☐ References are complete and formatted in APA (7th Edition) style.
5. Ethical & Legal Compliance
☐ The manuscript follows ethical research standards.
☐ Any potential conflict of interest is disclosed.
☐ Permissions are obtained for any copyrighted material.
☐ The study (if applicable) has ethical approval.
6. Submission Requirements
☐ All required files are uploaded (manuscript, figures, tables, cover letter, etc.).
☐ The cover letter includes the manuscript title and author details.
☐ Suggested reviewers (if any) are provided as per the guidelines.
☐ All metadata (title, abstract, keywords, author information) are entered correctly.
7. After Submission
☐ You will receive a confirmation email after successful submission.
☐ Track your manuscript status through the author dashboard.
☐ Respond promptly if additional information is requested by the editorial team.
Important Note:
Manuscripts not following the guidelines or incomplete submissions may be returned for revision before review.
